The youth ministry resources you choose should be designed to help you manage your time more effectively and not something that causes you to be busier and more stressed out. Whether it is sermons or curriculum, you need to look for things that make your life easier not harder. For example, if you are looking youth ministry sermons, you should find ones that are easy to study, and include PowerPoint presentations and outlines to save you time. If you are looking for curriculum, find something that you can access quickly, make copies of, and distribute easily. This way you are freed up to do what is most important, build relationships with your leaders, parents, and students and push them to be discipled and make disciples. Just imagine what you could do with all the time you take writing lessons, curriculum, making games etc. I believe if you could free up that time your life would completely change and your ministry might completely change as well.
