Youth Ministry Tools: Your Passion- Youth Ministry Training

Today we continue our journey in discussing the many youth ministry tools that you have at your disposal. And In this episode of the youth ministry training podcast from youth ministry resources we discuss a valuable yet often overlooked tool, that is your passion. Obviously as student pastors we are passionate about student ministry, but within that many of us have a specific passion. Our passion is that one part of our job that we love more than any other and gets us fired up more than anything else.  We need to find that passion, or those few passions, and make sure we show our students how passionate we are. That way they can follow our example and find a passion in their lives as well.
